Prior to Amrop, İrem held the Managing Partner role at Boyden Executive Search, where she developed a diverse client portfolio, including multinational companies, local conglomerates, and cross-border assignments across various sectors. Before transitioning into leadership advisory, she built her career in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, gaining deep expertise in business challenges across diverse geographical regions, long-term strategy development, best-in-class implementation, structural change management, global stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership. Her multidisciplinary approach to business has allowed her to create a competitive advantage in the leadership advisory field, consistently delivering excellence with an unimpeachable reputation in her network.

İrem holds an honors degree from Koç University in B.S. International Relations, on a merit-based scholarship. She also studied at the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed her high school education at Notre Dame de Sion, Istanbul. İrem is fluent in Turkish, professionally proficient in English and French. An avid athlete, sports lover, and sea captain, she enjoys the journey with her loved ones.
